I'm Sree Durairaj — a product and strategy executive who's spent the last 20 years at the intersection of technology, business, and human behaviour.

Based in Leicester, working remotely with companies across the UK, Europe, and beyond. I've led product teams at startups, scale-ups, and enterprise companies. I've taken products from zero to millions in ARR, navigated Series A through D funding rounds, and built teams that outlasted my tenure.
